PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR
LESS ON THE CENTRAL COAST THROUGH MID MORNING.

THERE WILL BE A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ON AREA BEACHES TODAY AND
TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN... THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

IT WILL BE HOT ACROSS INTERIOR SECTIONS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH
ELEVATED FIRE CONCERNS. THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE MOUNTAINS
AND DESERTS OVER THE WEEKEND.

HOT SUMMER TIME TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE FOR INLAND REGIONS OF
THE GREATER SAN FRANCISCO AND MONTEREY BAY AREAS. TRIPLE DIGIT
TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE FOR EXTREME NORTH... EAST... AND SOUTH
BAY AS WELL AS THE SOUTHERN SALINAS VALLEY.

ADDITIONALLY... SMOKE FROM THE SOBERANES FIRE WILL LEAD TO POOR TO
UNHEALTHY AIR QUALITY FOR MANY MAJOR COMMUNITIES AROUND THE
REGION. REFER TO AIRNOW.GOV FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LOCAL
AIR QUALITY AND TAKE ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS IF YOU ARE PLANNING
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
