PORTIONS OF THE LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AS WELL
AS THE ANTELOPE VALLEY FOOTHILLS THROUGH 3 AM SATURDAY MORNING.
HIGHWAYS AFFECTED WILL INCLUDE INTERSTATE 5 AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 14
AND 33. DRIVERS IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES COULD EXPERIENCE
DANGEROUS CROSSWINDS.

RAINFALL JUST BEGINNING TO MOVE INTO FAR WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE
COUNTY. THROUGH MIDNIGHT...THIS BAND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
EASTWARD...AND RAINFALL WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE COUNTY.
HOURLY RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH WILL
BE LIKELY. WITH SUCH RAINFALL RATES...LOCAL PONDING AND ISOLATED
STREET FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE.
