AREAS OF FOG ARE DEVELOPING ACROSS THE REGION WITH VISIBILITIES LOCALLY
RANGING BELOW A HALF MILE AT TIMES. MOTORIST SHOULD DRIVE DEFENSIVELY
AND SLOW DOWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO IMPROVE FROM WEST TO EAST BETWEEN 6 AND 9 AM
AS WEST WINDS DEVELOP BEHIND A COLD FRONT.
