TUESDAY EVENING FOR THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY
OF 15 PERCENT OR LESS...20 FOOT WINDS OF 20 MPH OR MORE...AND
HIGH FIRE DANGER...

.WINDS WILL BE GUSTY IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS WITH LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY PRESENT TUESDAY AFTERNOON. LACK OF RECENT RAINS HAS ALSO
CONTRIBUTED TO HIGH FIRE DANGER IN THIS AREA.

* WIND...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
