  THE AREA ALONG AND IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE I-40 CORRIDOR. THESE
  STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A QUICK 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL...ALONG WITH GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS AND HAIL. SWIFT AND HIGH
  FLOWS WILL DEVELOP WITHIN LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND DITCHES...ALONG
  WITH STANDING WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS.

  TUCUMCARI...QUAY...LOGAN...SAN JON...MONTOYA...UTE LAKE STATE

  AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
  FROM 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ALLISON TO 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF GROOM.
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PARTS OF THE ADVISORY AREA
  WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE
  RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING TO OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL
