The Flood Warning continues for
  The Wichita River at Wichita Falls.

* until Tuesday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  2:45 PM Friday the stage was 18.8 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Wichita River will continue rising and crest near
  21.0 feet mid Saturday morning. Additional heavy rainfall
  is likely by late Saturday. This additional rainfall will result in
  subsequent and prolonged rises.

* Impact...At 21 feet...In Wichita Falls...extensive flooding occurs
  in Harwell and Lucy Parks.  Shallow flooding occurs in homes north
  of Third Street and in Tanglewood Hollow...and in Scotland Park.
  Agricultural areas upstream and downstream from Wichita Falls
  experience widespread flood depths up to 3 feet.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Washita River at Anadarko

* until Monday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  1:30 PM Friday the stage was 21.8 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Washita River is near crest and will begin falling
  early Saturday morning. The Washita River will fall below flood
  stage early Monday afternoon.

* Impact...At 22 feet...Campgrounds in the Anadarko City Park and
  nearby low areas are flooded. Floodwaters damage farm property and
  block many rural roads along the Washita River in eastern Caddo and
  western Grady counties...and could breach farm levees.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Washita River near Dickson.

* until Monday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  1:30 PM Friday the stage was 27.7 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Washita River will continue rising and crest near
  29.8 feet mid Saturday morning. The Washita River will fall below
  flood stage late Monday afternoon.

* Impact...At 30 feet...Flood depths up to 5 feet extend along the
  Washita River valley...from near Davis in Murray County...to near
  Dickson in Carter County...to the headwaters of Lake Texoma in
  Johnston County. Several homesteads are isolated. About 5 thousand
  acres of agricultural lands are covered. Any flooding on tributary
  creeks is increased by backwater from the river.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Deep Red Creek will continue slowly rising and
  crest near 24.0 feet early Saturday afternoon. The Deep Red
  Creek will fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 24 feet...Valley-wide flooding of croplands...
  pastures...and local roads occurs and is accompanied by flood
  depths up to 4 feet with swift currents.

* At  2:00 PM Friday the stage was 28.7 feet.

* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Beaver Creek will continue rising and crest near
  31.0 feet early Saturday afternoon. The Beaver Creek will fall
  below flood stage late Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 31 feet...Widespread flood levels up to 7 feet in depth
  cover farm and range lands...and may inundate some oil and gas
  facilities...along and near the creek in southern Wilbarger County
  and southwestern Wichita County.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The North Fork Red River near Headrick.

* until Sunday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  2:00 PM Friday the stage was 14.3 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* Forecast...The North Fork Red River will continue rising and crest
  near 14.7 feet early Sunday morning. The North Fork Red River will
  fall below flood stage late Sunday morning.

* Impact...At 15 feet...Flooding or isolation of agricultural lands
  and rural roads occurs in Kiowa...Jackson...and Tillman counties.
  Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours
  before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches
  downstream points near Tipton much later. Flood depths approach 1
  foot over some areas along the river.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Red River near Burkburnett.

* until Tuesday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  1:30 PM Friday the stage was 9.9 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Red River will continue rising and crest near 10.9
  feet early Saturday morning. The Red River will fall below flood
  stage early Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 11 feet...Crop and range lands...oil fields...and
  rural roads are affected.  Some low-lying areas near the river are
  isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near Davidson
  Oklahoma begin to flood several hours before the crest approaches
  the Burkburnett area. The flood crest reaches the area along the
  river near Taylor Oklahoma several hours later. Cattle and other
  property should be relocated to places which are 2 feet higher than
  nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Red River near Terral.

* until Tuesday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At  2:00 PM Friday the stage was 21.5 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Red River will rise above flood stage late Friday
  afternoon and crest near 23.6 feet Saturday evening.The Red River
  will fall below flood stage mid Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 24 feet...Crop and range lands...pecan groves and
  rural roads are affected.  Agricultural levees begin to overtop
  when the river stages rise above 23 feet. Though not flooded...
  some areas at the edge of the flood plain may be isolated by high
  water in side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie Texas begin to
  flood several hours before the crest reaches Terral Oklahoma...
  with flooding reaching the Illinois bend area near Leon Oklahoma
  several hours later.

* At  1:30 PM Friday the stage was 34.4 feet.

* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Red River will continue rising and crest near 34.8
  feet early Sunday afternoon then begin falling.

* Impact...At 35 feet...Crop and range lands...pecan groves...oil
  wells...and rural roads are flooded or isolated. Low-lying
  fields...upstream in western Love County in Oklahoma...and Cooke
  County in Texas...experience overflows several hours before the
  crest reaches the Interstate Highway I-35 crossing north of
  Gainesville. Livestock and other property should be removed to
  places which are at least 10 feet higher than nearby river banks to
  avoid being stranded.

* Impact...At 27 feet...Valley-wide flooding of croplands...
  pastures...and local roads occurs in southern Comanche County and
  Cotton County and is accompanied by flood depths up to 6 feet with
  very dangerous currents.
