* AT 314 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS FALLING OVER AREAS WHICH HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED HEAVY
  RAIN PREVIOUSLY WITHIN THE PAST 24 HOURS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR
  FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* AT 148 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER 1.5" HAS ALREADY FALLEN JUST WEST OF
  BOSWELL...WITH OVER 1 INCH ESTIMATED IN AREAS FROM GARRETT TO
  SALISBURY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SOMERSET...WINDBER...FRIEDENS...MEYERSDALE...MOUNT DAVIS...

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL FROM SLOW MOVING STORMS WILL PRODUCE SMALL
STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA THROUGH 330 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING
SPOTS.
