The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  East central Harford County in northern Maryland...

* Until 700 AM EDT Monday

* At 1252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Three to five inches of rain already fell on Sunday and
  streams are high. Additional rainfall amounts around one to two
  inches within one hour are expected.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Aberdeen, Havre De Grace, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Riverside,
  Perryman, Harford Furnace, Carsins and Belcamp.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

  Harford County in northern Maryland...
  Northeastern Baltimore County in northern Maryland...

* Until 645 AM EDT

* At 1249 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to three inches of rain
  have already fallen Sunday and streams remain high. Additonal
  rainfall amounts around one inch within one hour are expected.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Aberdeen, Havre De Grace, Bel Air South, Bel Air North, Fallston,
  Riverside, Kingsville, Pleasant Hills, Jarrettsville, Perryman,
  Edgewood, Joppatowne, Pylesville, Darlington, Glen Arm, Fork,
  Freeland, Cardiff, Churchville and Norrisville.

* At 1137 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen and additional
  rainfall amounts around one inch are expected.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Arlington, Bethesda, College Park, Langley Park, Bladensburg,
  Mclean, Byrd Stadium, Howard University, Gallaudet University,
  American Legion Bridge, Fort Totten, Rosslyn, RFK Stadium, Potomac,
  North Bethesda, Tysons Corner, Hyattsville, Takoma Park, East
  Riverdale and Great Falls.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 515 AM EDT

* At 1250 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated bands of showers and
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving northeast into the
  warning area, which will probably cause renewed flooding. Already
  3 to almost 5 inches of rain had fallen in the Port Deposit
  Perryville area of Cecil County. Another 1 to 2 inches could occur
  between now and 5 am.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Rising Sun, Charlestown, West Nottingham, Octoraro, Conowingo, Rock
  Springs, Richardsmere, Woodlawn, Perryville and Port Deposit.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
