* TEMPERATURES...Dropping to near or below 32 degrees by dawn,
  especially in the valleys.

* IMPACTS...A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are
  imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and
  other sensitive vegetation.
