PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE MID-ATLANTIC
REGION THROUGH INTO THE POST-DAWN HOURS. FROM THE NORTHERN
VIRGINIA FOOTHILLS...ACROSS THE PIEDMONT AND INTO THE METROPOLITAN
WASHINGTON AND BALTIMORE AREAS...LOCAL VISIBILITIES WILL BE
REDUCED TO WITHIN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN SHENANDOAH VALLEY ALSO SEEING REDUCED VISIBILITIES. PLEASE
USE CAUTION AND LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS WHEN DRIVING.
