* EVENT...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE PREVALENT THROUGH MID
  MORNING TUESDAY.

* AREAS AFFECTED...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF A WALDRON...TO LITTLE
  ROCK...TO BRINKLEY LINE. THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF
  MENA...ARKADELPHIA...CAMDEN...LITTLE ROCK AND BRINKLEY.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE
  QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG WILL MAKE DRIVING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS...
