THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A
SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 AM CDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
     NORTHERN CRAIG...NORTHERN NOWATA AND NORTHWESTERN OTTAWA

AT 156 AM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 11 MILES EAST OF
SOUTH COFFEYVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL
BE AFFECTED BY THIS STORM INCLUDE...MIAMI...COMMERCE...NARCISSA...
OTTAWA...QUAPAW...CARDIN...PICHER...HOLLOW...PYRAMID CORNERS...
BLUEJACKET...WELCH AND SOUTH COFFEYVILLE.

THIS STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH.
RESIDENTS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT IN CASE THE SIGNIFICANT
WEATHER ADVISORY IS UPGRADED TO A WARNING.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING
AREAS...ESPECIALLY IN NORTHERN CRAIG AND NORTHERN OTTAWA COUNTIES
WHERE EARLIER STORMS PRODUCED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL.
