HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 90S TO AROUND 105
DEGREES INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS
DUE TO WARM TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY. THE HIGHEST HEAT
INDEX VALUES WILL BE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

AREA RESIDENTS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION TODAY DUE TO THE HIGH
HEAT. BE CAUTIOUS IF SPENDING ANY TIME OUTDOORS THE NEXT FEW
DAYS. MAKE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND LIMIT THE AMOUNT
OF TIME SPENT IN THE HEAT. WHEN POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS
ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING.
