* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* AT 926 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO BRIEFLY HEAVY
  RAIN IN A BAND ACROSS CONCHO AND MCCULLOCH COUNTIES FROM NEAR EDEN
  TO IVIE RESERVOIR. WITH SOILS ALREADY SATURATED...THIS WILL CAUSE
  FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE AREAS
  ACROSS THE AREA.

* AT 826 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE
  INCH PER HOUR IS EXPECTED OVER THE ADVISORY AREA.
