  The Arkansas River At Toad Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater.
* until Wednesday morning...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 3:00 AM Thursday the stage was 278.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 275.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 279.2 feet
  overnight. Flows are estimated over 320,000 CFS and expected
  to remain high through the remainder of the week. Additional rainfall
  is in the forecast for this weekend. Please monitor latest forecasts
  for any updates.
* Impacts at 278.0 feet...Lollie Community affected. Additional farmlands
  in Faulkner County flooded by backwater up Palarm Creek and Tupelo Bayou.
* Impacts at 279.0 feet...More farmland in Perry County flooded from backwaters
  up the Fourche La Fave River. Also, backwater up Cadron Creek may close State
  Highway 25 west of Conway. Parking lot of the Lock and Dam flooded and water
  over lock walls.
* This flood crest is forecasted to be a foot higher than the flood crest of
  278.13 feet which occurred a few weeks ago.

* At  2:00 PM Thursday the stage was 20.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to near flood stage
  Friday evening. Flows are over 300,000 CFS and expected to remain
  high through the remainder of the week. Additional rainfall is in the
  forecast for this weekend. Please monitor latest forecasts for any
  updates.
* Impacts at 18.0 feet...Farmlands downstream of Little Rock are
  affected. The Bill Clark Presidential Park Wetlands are inundated.
  Portions of Burns Park, Cooks Landing, and the Arkansas River Trail
  on the North Little Rock side are inundated.
* Impacts at 21.0 feet...North Little Rock must close sewer system flood
  gates to prevent backwater flooding up sewers. Water will be encroaching
  on homes in Two Rivers Park area along the Arkansas River.

* Impacts at 23.0 feet...Bankfull stage. Rebsamen Park Golf Course,
  Murray Park, and Riverfront Park are partially flooded. Marine terminal
  and commercial facilities downstream of the Interstate 30 Bridge are

* This flood crest is a little less than 3 feet higher than the flood crest
  of 20.28 feet which occurred a few weeks ago and just below the flood
  crest of 23.30 feet which occurred in October of 1986.

* until late Tuesday night...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  2:00 PM Thursday the stage was 42.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 44.3 feet by
  Saturday morning. Flows are over 270,000 CFS and
  expected to remain high into next week. Additional rainfall is in the
  forecast for this weekend. Please monitor latest forecasts for any updates.
* Impacts at 42.0 feet...Regional Park flooded with the gate at Regional
  Park Road closed. This will prevent access to the AGFC Delta Rivers
  Nature Center and Harbor Oaks public golf course. Some damage in the lowlands
  inside the levees in Pine Bluff.
* Impacts at 43.0 feet...Island Harbour Estates Road is impassible, access
  by boat only to Island Harbour homes.
* Impacts at 44.0 feet...Trulock Residential Addition upstream of U.S.
  Highway 79 Business Bridge is affected.
* This flood crest is just over 1 foot higher than the flood crest of 43.15 feet
  which occurred a few weeks ago and compares closesly to a flood crest of
  44.0 feet that occurred in October of 1986.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Friday afternoon and
  continue to rise to near 32.0 feet by Sunday morning. With additional
  rainfall expected this weekend please monitor latest forecasts for
  any updates.
* Impacts at 31.0 feet...Residences inside the levee just upstream of
  the Pendleton Bridge are affected.
* Impacts at 32.0 feet...Area access roads on right descending bank
  upstream and downstream of the bridge are flooded. Property inside the
  levee in the Pendeleton area is threatened and should be removed.
* This flood crest is about a 1.5 feet higher than the flood crest of
  30.4 feet which occurred a few weeks ago.

* Impacts at 26.0 feet...River flows in many side channels and
  creates islands between the river and sloughs and creeks. Flooding
  of cropland and timber is occurring. Portions of the National
  Wildlife Refuge downstream of Clarendon flooding.

* Impacts at 10.0 feet...Pastureland and cropland not protected by levees
  in Jackson and Woodruff counties affected. Water is deep along the
  shoulders of State Highway 18 near Grubbs. Water over portions of Woodruff
  County Road 775 north of State Highway 260.

  The Ouachita River At Thatcher L&D.
* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:00 AM Thursday the stage was 84.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 79.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 85.0 feet for the next
  several days.
* Impacts at 85.0 feet...There may be some County roads along the
  river flooded, requiring lengthy detours. River is high and swift,
  boaters should be very cautious. Access to many oil and gas rigs
  will be by boat only. Levee gates should be closed.
