  the Mississippi River at Caruthersville
* from Tuesday April 21 until further notice.
* At 8 PM Monday the stage was 31.8 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Tuesday April 21 and continue
  to rise to near 32.9 feet by Friday April 24. Additional rises are
  possible thereafter.
* At 33.0 feet...In Tennessee, Barr Road in Chickasaw National Forest
  is flooding, cutting off evacuations from the Wardlews Pocket Area.
  In Arkansas, docks useed by the steele plant at Hickman are mostly
  flooded. Numerous roads and fields inside the levee between Gayoso
  and Kennedy, Missouri are covered.

  the Mississippi River at Osceola
* from Wednesday April 22 until further notice.
* At 8 PM Monday the stage was 27.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Wednesday April 22 and
  continue to rise to near 28.4 feet by Friday April 24. Additional
  rises are possible thereafter.
* At 28.0 feet...In Tennessee, the settlement south of Cold Creek
  Road down from Crawford Road is flooding. Crawford Road West is
  flooding. The Reach-Coker Slough hunting camp is flooding along Nix
  Road. Grammer Road is flooded at Jones Slough. Much of the
  Lauderdale south bottom is under water. Homesteads and camps on
  Cash Road are cutoff. Sections of Crane Road are cutoff on Island
  35. In Arkansas, Mississippi County Road 903 north of O`Donnell
  Bend is flooded at places.

* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* The river rose above flood stage Monday April 20 and will continue
  rising to near 13.5 feet by Wednesday April 22. The river will fall
  below flood stage Thursday April 23.
* At 14.0 feet...Flood water begins to cover airbase road located on
  the west bank of the river. Low lying farmland land near the river
  also begins to flood.

* Impacts at 80.0 feet...Levee gates should remain closed to prevent the
  river from backing into Calion Lake. Access to oil and gas rigs and to
  timber is flooded. There is wide coverage of flooding in the river bottoms.

  of cropland and timber is occurring. Portions of the National
  Wildlife Refuge downstream of Clarendon flooding.
