* THUNDERSTORMS...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON
  AND EVENING...DIMINISHING OVERNIGHT.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...30 TO 40 MPH GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS COMBINED WITH EXISTING VERY
  DRY FUELS WILL RESULT IN MANY FIRE STARTS IN A SHORT PERIOD
  OF TIME. SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH SOME OF THE
  THUNDERSTORMS...BUT FIRE SPREAD IS LIKELY IN AREAS THAT DO
  NOT RECEIVE WETTING RAIN.

AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON THROUGH AT LEAST SATURDAY
EVENING. ABUNDANT LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS
WHICH WILL BE A MIX OF WET AND DRY WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGING
FROM A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH TO OVER ONE QUARTER INCH.

  DESCHUTES NATIONAL FOREST. IN ORZ640...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 640
  CENTRAL MOUNTAINS OF OREGON. IN ORZ642...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 642

* TIMING...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AGAIN EACH
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY.

* THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE
  ERRATIC WINDS WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND PEA TO MARBLE SIZE
  HAIL.

* PRECIPITATION...THERE WILL BE A MIX OF WET AND DRY
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH ANYWHERE FROM A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH
  TO OVER ONE QUARTER INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE.

* LIGHTNING ACTIVITY LEVEL...3 TO LOCALLY 4 THROUGH SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND CRITICALLY DRY FUELS MAY
  RESULT IN NUMEROUS FIRE STARTS.
