* WINDS...NORTHWEST 30 TO 40 KT.

* SEAS...5 TO 8 FEET.

* TIDES...BLOWOUT TIDES ARE POSSIBLE AROUND THE TIMES OF LOW TIDE
  SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. LOW TIDES WILL OCCUR MID-MORNING
  SATURDAY...MID-EVENING SATURDAY...AND AGAIN MID TO LATE MORNING
  SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF SUSTAINED OR FREQUENT
GUSTS TO GALE FORCE...SPEEDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS...HAS
SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING AND OR LOCATION
IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LEAD
TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER ALTERING THEIR PLANS.
