RAINFALL IS RESULTING IN HIGH WATER ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN THE MCGREGOR AREA. THE LATEST
FORECAST INFORMATION IS INCLUDED BELOW.

* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS AT ITS CREST RIGHT NOW. THE RIVER WILL
  HOVER NEAR 16.5 FEET OVERNIGHT BEFORE BEGINNING A SLOW FALL BY
  MORNING. WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
  EARLY WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACT...AT 16.5 FEET...WATER MAY BEGIN TO GO OVER THE ROAD
  COVERING PART OF HIGHWAY C NEAR HIGHWAY 18.
