...BRISK WINDS AND HIGH WAVES INTO THIS EVENING...

.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT...ASSOCIATED WITH LOW PRESSURE OVER
THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES AND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH...WILL
CONTINUE TO BRING BRISK NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS INTO THIS
EVENING. THIS WILL RESULT IN HIGH WAVES OF 3 TO 6 FEET. THE WINDS
WILL DECREASE THIS EVENING...BUT WITH THE NORTH TO NORTHEAST
FETCH...WAVES WILL BE SLOWER TO SUBSIDE UNTIL LATER TONIGHT.

  EVENING..AND 5 TO 10 KNOTS OVERNIGHT.

* WAVES: 3 TO 6 FEET INTO THIS EVENING...DIMINISHING TO 2 TO 4
  FEET LATER TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
