LIGHT WINDS AND CLEAR SKIES HAS LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PATCHY
DENSE FOG OVER EASTERN IOWA...NORTHWEST ILLINOIS AND FAR
NORTHEAST MISSOURI EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WELL BELOW A
QUARTER MILE CAN BE EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND ALONG
RIVERS. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY IMPROVE AFTER
SUNRISE...WITH THE FOG BURNING OFF IN MOST AREAS BY 8 AM.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITY.
DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW
BEAMS...REDUCE SPEED AND ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND
OTHER CARS.
