...CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

COASTAL WATERS FROM COCOA BEACH TO SAINT LUCIE INLET OUT TO 20 NM...

AT 351 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BROKEN BAND OF
THUNDERSTORMS... CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 NM
SOUTHWEST OF ROCKLEDGE TO 6 NM WEST OF LAKEWOOD PARK...MOVING EAST
AT 10 KNOTS. THESE STORMS WILL INTERACT WITH THE EAST COAST SEA
BREEZE PINNED NEAR THE COAST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
