.A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS DURING THE
MORNING HOURS. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF
THE FRONT RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS THROUGH INTO
FRIDAY MORNING.

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON. A
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 AM CST
FRIDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 KNOTS WILL GRADUALLY BECOME
  NORTH THIS MORNING. FREQUENT GUSTS TO GALE FORCE WILL BE
  POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF TONIGHT BEFORE
  RELAXING.

* SEAS/WAVES...WAVES INCREASING TO 3 TO 5 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL
  SEAS TO 6 FEET IN TIDAL LAKES AND SOUNDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
