OF THE GULF OF MEXICO OUT TO 60 NM UNTIL 7 AM CDT FRIDAY...

.A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND MODERATE SEAS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
OPEN GULF WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM
THE NORTH. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE AND THE SEAS SUBSIDE ON
FRIDAY.

OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
