.DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND IN FAR
EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS MORNING. AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL DROP
VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS THROUGH SUNRISE. THE FOG
WILL DISSIPATE QUICKLY AFTER ABOUT 8 AM CDT.

  MILE FOR MUCH OF THE AREA. VISIBILITIES WILL BE HIGHLY
  VARIABLE... CHANGING FROM A FEW MILES IN ONE LOCATION TO LESS
  THAN A QUARTER MILE A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VERY LOW AND VERY VARIABLE VISIBILITIES WILL PRODUCE
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS MORNING.

MORNING. IN ADDITION TO THE REDUCED VISIBILITY...THE FOG MAY
CREATE A THIN LAYER OF ICE ON EXPOSED SURFACES WHERE TEMPERATURES
ARE BELOW FREEZING. THE MORNING COMMUTE WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE
POOR VISIBILITY.
