...THE STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS OVER WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR WILL
GRADUALLY SUBSIDE TODAY...

.A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE FROM SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN EARLY
THIS MORNING THROUGH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND INTO UPPER PENINSULA
MICHIGAN TODAY...AND REACH CENTRAL AND EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR BY
THIS EVENING. THE STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS OVER WESTERN LAKE
SUPERIOR WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THIS MORNING AND INTO THIS
AFTERNOON.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS
MORNING...

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS EARLY
  THIS MORNING...GRADUALLY SUBSIDING TODAY.

* WAVES...LESS THAN 2 FT IN ICE COVERED AREAS...WHICH IS MOST OF
  THE WATERS RIGHT NOW. HOWEVER...THE WINDS COULD BEGIN TO BREAK
  UP THE ICE AND GENERATE HIGHER WAVES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
