.MOISTURE FROM RECENT RAINS COMBINED WITH LIGHT WINDS WAS
ALLOWING FOG TO FORM ACROSS THE AREA. THE FOG WAS SIGNIFICANTLY
RESTRICTING THE VISIBILITY AT TIMES...CREATING HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...THE VISIBILITY WILL DROP TO UNDER 1/4 MILE AT
  TIMES THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THE LOW VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.

REDUCED TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. THE FOG WILL START TO LIFT
AND DISSIPATE BY 10 AM.
