AN ARCTIC AIR MASS IS BEARING DOWN ON THE NORTHLAND RESULTING IN
VERY COLD AIR AND LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS. IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA
CLEAR SKIES WILL RESULT IN TEMPERATURES FALLING TO 10 TO 20 BELOW
ZERO OR COLDER...AND WHILE WINDS WILL BE CALM ACROSS MUCH OF NORTH
CENTRAL MINNESOTA A LIGHT NORTH-NORTHWEST WIND ACROSS THE
MINNESOTA ARROWHEAD WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS
APPROACHING 40 BELOW. ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE LAKE EFFECT SNOW HAS
