* WHAT...Flooding will continue through Saturday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in east
  central Kentucky, Estill and Powell. In northeast Kentucky,
  Johnson and Martin. In south central Kentucky, Laurel, Pulaski and
  Rockcastle. In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Floyd, Jackson,
  Knott, Lee, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley and Wolfe.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 536 PM EDT, Local dispatch continues to report several
    roads flooded across the warned area. While small stream
    creek flooding is diminishing, flooding will continue along
    bigger creeks and rivers across the area, as runoff makes its
    way to the larger waterways.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Irvine, Mount Vernon, Jackson,
    Salyersville, Beattyville, McKee, Inez, Booneville, Boone,
    Mason, Simpson, Fincastle, Martin, Ravenna, Warfield, Allen,
    Lawson and War Creek.

    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
