.LOWS FRIDAY MORNING ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM BELOW ZERO ACROSS
THE NORTHWEST TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ELSEWHERE ACROSS MIDDLE
TENNESSEE. NORTHERLY WIND SPEEDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH WILL RESULT IN
WIND CHILL VALUES FROM MINUS FIVE TO MINUS TEN DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS MAY LEAD TO FROSTBITE ON
  UNPROTECTED SKIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR ALONG WITH ANY
WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT
AND GLOVES.
