  THE COMBINATION OF THE WINDS WITH FALLING TEMPERATURES WILL
  RESULT IN DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS TONIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP AROUND DAYBREAK THIS
  MORNING...WITH A QUICK INCH OR SO OF ACCUMULATION
  POSSIBLE...THEN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE THIS
  EVENING INTO TONIGHT. WINDS WILL START OUT GENERALLY LIGHT
  THROUGH MIDDAY...THEN START TO INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST BY
  EARLY EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT. WIND CHILLS WILL
  FALL BELOW -5 DEGREES STARTING AROUND MIDNIGHT...AND REMAIN IN
  THE -5 TO -15 RANGE UNTIL AFTER SUNRISE SUNDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.

* IMPACTS...LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...VERY STRONG GUSTY
  WINDS...AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS MAY MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY IN THE 20S TODAY...FALLING INTO THE SINGLE
