* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE. OCCASIONALLY
  DOWN TO 500 FEET OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DELAYS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO
  POOR VISIBILITIES. SLOW DOWN...USE ONLY YOUR LOW BEAM
  HEADLIGHTS AND LEAVE ENOUGH BRAKING DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR
  VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU.
