EAST OF ODESSA...TO NEAR THE SOUTHWEST EDGE OF KEARNEY. PARTIALLY
WATER-COVERED ROADS INCLUDE EVERGREEN ROAD AND DOVE HILL
AVENUE...AND 30TH AVENUE WAS REPORTED TO BE COMPLETELY WATER-COVERED
FROM THE TURKEY CREEK BRIDGE SOUTHWARD TO INTERSTATE 80.
HOWEVER...FLOODING HAD IMPROVED SINCE YESTERDAY IN AREAS TO THE WEST
OF EVERGREEN ROAD.

THIS WARNING ENCOMPASSES ONLY A VERY SMALL PORTION OF FAR SOUTH

* At 13.0 feet...Lowland agricultural flooding begins.
