NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KENTUCKY
910 PM CDT SAT APR 25 2015

...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Kentucky...Illinois...Missouri...

  Ohio River at J.T. Myers Dam...Shawneetown...Golconda...Paducah...
  Brookport Dam...Grand Chain Dam and Cairo.

.Water levels continue to fall along portions of the lower Ohio River
with minor flooding occurring at most locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Never drive cars...trucks or sport utility vehicles through flooded
areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow
children to play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather
Radio or your local media for further statements and possible updated
forecasts.

* until Sunday afternoon.
* At  8:00 PM Saturday the stage was 40.9 feet.
* Flood Stage is 40.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Sunday morning.

* At  8:00 PM Saturday the stage was 39.8 feet.
* Flood Stage is 39.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Sunday afternoon.
* Impact...At 39.0 Feet...Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly
  bottomland and surrounding low lying areas.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to have a maximum value of 17.5
  feet after midnight Sunday.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Reeds and Rochester Ferries are shut down.
  KY 369 floods one mile north of Rochester.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.5
  feet on Jan 12 1999.
