  SOUTHERN TULSA... OKMULGEE AND CREEK COUNTIES WITH NUMEROUS
  SECONDARY ROADS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.

  TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS
  AND FAR WESTERN MISSOURI WITH A SLOW EASTWARD SPREAD TOWARD THE
  HIGHWAY 65 CORRIDOR ON SUNDAY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL OCCUR
  ALONG AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 49 THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. TOTAL
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE AND A HALF TO THREE INCHES ARE EXPECTED
  THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
