  COTTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  COMANCHE COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  EASTERN TILLMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA...
  WICHITA COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS...
  NORTHWESTERN CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1245 PM CDT

* AT 1142 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. UP TO AN INCH OR TWO OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST
  THREE HOURS. MINOR FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ON SOME ROADS IN
  WICHITA FALLS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  WICHITA FALLS...LAWTON...BURKBURNETT...SHEPPARD AFB...IOWA PARK...
  WALTERS...CACHE...ELGIN...TEMPLE...GRANDFIELD...FLETCHER...

  INDIAHOMA...MEDICINE PARK...DEAN...JOLLY...DEVOL...FAXON...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
