  MISSISSIPPI RIVER AT OSCEOLA AFFECTING MISSISSIPPI...LAUDERDALE
  AND TIPTON COUNTIES

* UNTIL FRIDAY APRIL 18.
* AT 11 AM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 29.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 32.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 29.8 FEET THURSDAY APRIL 17.
* AT 30.0 FEET...SLOUGHS ARE FLOODING FIELDS JUST NORTH OF CHISHOLM
  LAKE.
