...The National Weather Service in Memphis TN has issued a Flood
Advisory for the Mississippi River...

  Mississippi River at Tiptonville affecting New Madrid...Pemiscot
  and Lake Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The next River Statement will be issued later today or sooner if conditions
warrant.

For graphical river and flood information...please go to
www.weather.gov and click near Memphis on the map. Then select Rivers
and Lakes AHPS under current conditions.

Do not drive through flooded areas...turn around don`t drown.

Stay tuned to your weather radio and your local news media for the
latest river information.

  the Mississippi River at Tiptonville
* from Friday March 27 until Tuesday March 31.
* At 10 AM Friday the stage was 36.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 36.7 feet Friday March 27.
* At 36.0 feet...In Missouri, Most fields around Robinson Lake in
  Pemiscot County are covered by flood water.

Advisory for the following river location in Arkansas...

  Spring River At Hardy affecting Fulton and Sharp Counties


River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 12 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

* Flood Advisory for
  The Spring River At Hardy.
* until Friday evening.
* At 8:00 AM Thursday the stage was 8.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast...Water levels at Hardy will continue to rise to just under 10.0 feet
  by this evening. However water is still running off from last nights storms
  and until water crests upstream continue to monitor latest forecasts for Hardy.
