  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF YATESVILLE LAKE STATE PARK...
  SOUTHERN CABELL COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  WEST CENTRAL CLAY COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CLAY...
  NORTHERN KANAWHA COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...NITRO...CHARLESTON...
  NORTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HAMLIN...
  SOUTHERN PUTNAM COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  SOUTHEASTERN ROANE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WAYNE...BEECH FORK STATE PARK...

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

* AT 643 PM EDT RADAR ESTIMATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
OVER THE PAST HOUR. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL REPORTS OF HIGH WATER IN
CROSS LANES...SAINT ALBANS...AND NORTH CHARLESTON. THESE REPORTS
HAVE PRIMARILY BEEN IN POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS. LIGHT TO MODERATE
RAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS WITH AN
ADDITIONAL HALF INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE STREAM BANKS TO BECOME UNSTABLE.
UNSTABLE STREAM BANKS CAN FAIL OR BECOME SLIPPERY. PERSONS SHOULD
STAY AWAY FROM STREAM BANKS...SWIFT FLOWING WATER AND CULVERTS. STAY
AWAY OR BE SWEPT AWAY!
