* LOCATIONS...WARREN AND MCKEAN COUNTIES.

* ACCUMULATIONS...OVER 6 INCHES POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY OVER
  NORTHWEST WARREN COUNTY.

* TIMING...THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TO FALL THURSDAY NIGHT
  THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...POOR DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED. IF POSSIBLE,
  AVOID TRAVEL THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING
THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS GREATER THAN 6 INCHES ARE
  POSSIBLE. LOCALIZED SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 12 INCHES OR MORE MAY
  OCCUR ACROSS INLAND AREAS OF NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN NEAR THE ERIE PENNSYLVANIA LAKESHORE
  BY LATE THURSDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL THEN INCREASE IN
  COVERAGE AND INTENSITY INTO FRIDAY. SNOW SQUALLS WILL THEN
  PERSIST INTO AT LEAST SATURDAY MORNING. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT
  LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL FALL THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW
  WILL LEAD TO SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW ON AREA
  ROADWAYS AND VERY POOR VISIBILITIES AT TIMES...RESULTING IN
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF
  30 MPH POSSIBLE. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE CLOSER TO LAKE
  ERIE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR
HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW...OFTEN IN LOCALIZED AREAS. TRAVEL
CONDITIONS COULD BE SEVERELY IMPACTED. MONITOR THE LATEST
FORECAST FOR POSSIBLE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNINGS.
