* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE TEENS LATE THIS AFTERNOON. LOWS
  TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING RANGING FROM AROUND FIVE DEGREES
  BELOW ZERO ON THE RIDGE TOPS TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO IN
  THE VALLEYS.

* WIND CHILL...DROPPING TO AROUND 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
  LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING...DECREASING TO 5 TO 10 MPH LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY...MAKING
  TRAVELING DANGEROUS. LOW WIND CHILLS MAY LEAD TO FROSTBITE AND
  HYPOTHERMIA.
