ENGLAND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL PASS 60 TO 90 MILES FURTHER EAST THAN
PREVIOUSLY FORECAST...

.THE STORMS FURTHER EAST PASSAGE WILL PROBABLY RESULT IN LOWER TIDES.
THE WARNING CONTINUES BUT WITH LESS CONFIDENCE ON THE STORM TIDE
REACHING THE PREDICTED VALUES AS LISTED BELOW.

  TIME OF TONIGHT`S HIGH TIDE.

* AT SANDY HOOK... NEW JERSEY (SANDY HOOK BAY) HIGH TIDE OCCURS
  AT 107 AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL OF 7.5 TO 8.0
  FEET ABOVE MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT SEASIDE HEIGHTS... NEW JERSEY (OCEANFRONT) HIGH TIDE OCCURS
  AT 1237 AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL NEAR 7.0 FEET
  ABOVE MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT ATLANTIC CITY... NEW JERSEY (OCEANFRONT) HIGH TIDE OCCURS
  AT 1250 AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL NEAR 7.0 FEET
  ABOVE MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT CAPE MAY... NEW JERSEY (OCEANFRONT) HIGH TIDE OCCURS AT 124
  AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL 7.5 TO 8.0 FEET ABOVE
  MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT LEWES... DELAWARE (DELAWARE BAY) HIGH TIDE OCCURS AT 159 AM
  TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL NEAR 7.0 FEET ABOVE MEAN
  LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT REHOBOTH BEACH... DELAWARE (OCEANFRONT) HIGH TIDE OCCURS AT
  1259 AM...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL NEAR 7.0 FEET ABOVE MEAN
  LOWER LOW WATER.

* HIGH TIDE ON THE BACK BAYS...ALONG DELAWARE BAY AND ALONG
  RARITAN BAY OCCURS LATER THAN THE HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEANFRONT.

* IMPACTS...NUMEROUS ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD AND MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
  IS POSSIBLE. THERE IS A LESSENING CHANCE FOR MORE SIGNIFICANT
  DAMAGE. THE TIDES AND WAVE ACTION WILL RESULT IN MODERATE TO
  SEVERE BEACH EROSION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING INDICATES THAT MODERATE TIDAL FLOODING IS
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. BE PREPARED FOR RISING WATER LEVELS AND
TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. FOLLOW THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE WATER MAY BE
DEEPER THAN YOU THINK. YOU WILL BE PUTTING YOURSELF IN DANGER AND
YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED...LEADING TO COSTLY REPAIRS.

* TIDAL DEPARTURES...MOST LIKELY 2 1/2 TO 3 FT ABOVE THE
  ASTRONOMICAL TIDE...WITH A WORST CASE OF 3 1/2 FT.

* TIMING...1 TO 7 AM EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* BEACH EROSION IMPACTS...BEACH EROSION AND WASHOVERS ALONG OCEAN
  FACING BARRIER BEACHES OF EASTERN LONG ISLAND DUE TO 10 TO 15 FT
  WAVES AND HIGH STORM TIDE. IN ADDITION...HIGH WAVE ACTION AND
  STROM TIDE WILL CAUSE BEACH EROSION ALONG NORTH FACING
  SHORELINES WITH OPEN EXPOSURE TO LONG ISLAND SOUND AND GARDINERS
  BAYS. A FEW EXPOSED WATERFRONT STRUCTURES MAY BE DAMAGED.

* COASTAL FLOODING IMPACTS...FLOODING OF VULNERABLE SHORE ROADS
  AND/OR ADJACENT PROPERTIES DUE TO HEIGHT OF STORM TIDE AND/OR
  WAVE ACTION. VULNERABLE SHORE ROAD CLOSURES MAY BE NEEDED.
