THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  TIDAL POTOMAC FROM INDIAN HEAD TO COBB ISLAND MD...
  TIDAL POTOMAC FROM KEY BRIDGE TO INDIAN HEAD MD...

AT 721 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
CONTAINING CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 20 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 12 NM WEST
OF KEY BRIDGE...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
