* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT.

* SEAS...4 TO 5 FEET.

* LOCATION...STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE CLOSE TO THE COAST AND
  INCLUDING THE INLETS. HIGHEST SEAS WILL BE FARTHER OFFSHORE.

* TIMING...WINDS SHOULD PEAK DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY
  EVENING HOURS WHILE THE HIGHEST SEAS SHOULD OCCUR TONIGHT.
