...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 8 AM EDT TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* WINDS...Southeast 20 to 25 mph with gusts near 45
  mph...especially for elevations near or above 1000 feet.

* TIMING...The strongest winds will occur after midnight tonight
  until around dawn Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor
objects such as patio furniture and garbage cans should be
secured.

  concern will be focused more in the evening near I-81, and
  near or after midnight along I-95.

* WINDS...South 15 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Scattered tree and power line damage. Difficulty
  driving high profile vehicles.

Advisory, which is in effect from 9 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT
Tuesday.

* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* TIMING...The strongest wind gusts will likely occur between 10
  pm and 2 am over the northwest mountains near Warren and
  Bradford. Across the central part of the state, the strongest
  wind gusts are likely to occur between midnight and 4 am from
  Coudersport southward through State College and Huntingdon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are possible.

  result. Travel will be impacted over bridges and overpasses.

A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph,
or gusts of 46 to 57 mph, are expected or occurring. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile

  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

Wind advisories are issued when sustained wind speeds of at
greater than 30 mph and/or wind gusts over 45 mph are expected.
Winds of this magnitude could cause minor damage to trees, power
lines and weaker structures. Persons in the advisory area should
