...AN AIR QUALITY ADVISORY FROM THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REMAINS IN EFFECT...

DUE TO ELEVATED POLLUTANT LEVELS...THE AIR QUALITY REMAINS
UNHEALTHY FOR SENSITIVE GROUPS IN FRANKLIN COUNTY. THIS ADVISORY
WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL AIR QUALITY HAS SIGNIFICANTLY
IMPROVED.

THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SENSITIVE TO INCREASED PARTICULATE OR
SMOKE LEVELS ARE ENCOURAGED TO LIMIT PROLONGED OR STRENUOUS
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY. AN INCREASE IN SYMPTOMS OF ASTHMA AND OTHER
RESPIRATORY AILMENTS ARE LIKELY. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.

ANOTHER STATEMENT WILL BE ISSUED ABOUT 9 AM MST WEDNESDAY UNLESS
CONDITIONS IMPROVE AND THE ADVISORY IS NO LONGER NEEDED.

...An Air Quality Advisory from the Idaho Department of Environmental
Quality remains in effect...

Due to strong temperature inversions...the air quality will range
from Moderate to Unhealthy in Lemhi county of Idaho including the
city of Salmon. This Advisory will remain in effect until air
quality has significantly improved.

Those individuals who are sensitive to increased particulate or smoke
levels are encouraged to avoid prolonged or strenuous outdoor
activity. All others should limit prolonged or strenuous outdoor
activity.

Another statement will be issued about 10 AM MST Friday, February
12 unless conditions improve and the alert is no longer needed.
