* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 20 KT INTO TUESDAY MORNING...INCREASING TO
  15 TO 25 KTS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND LASTING THROUGH THURSDAY
  NIGHT.

* SEAS...STEEP WIND DRIVEN 5 TO 7 FEET. STEEPEST SEAS ARE EXPECTED
  BEYOND 5 NM FROM SHORE AND NEAR CAPE BLANCO THROUGH TUESDAY
  MORNING. STEEP SEAS ARE LIKELY TUESDAY THROUGH LATE IN THE WEEK.

* AREAS AFFECTED...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL AFFECT
  AREAS BEYOND 5 NM FROM SHORE AND NEAR CAPE BLANCO THOUGH THIS
  AFTERNOON...THEN MOVE WITHIN 3 NM FROM SHORE TONIGHT THROUGH
  LATE IN THE WEEK.
