Winds will decrease this evening with some increase in humidity
levels so Fire Danger will lessen in most areas. However on
Wednesday, Fire Danger will increase once again, especially along
the Palmer Divide south and southeast of Denver.

THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
FOR the Palmer Divide...
...RED FLAG WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR the Palmer Divide...

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 241...246 and 247.

* Timing...Gusty winds and warm temperatures will produce another
  round of high fire danger for the area by late Wednesday
  morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* Winds...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Relative Humidity...as low as 10 percent.

* Impacts...If a fire starts, it will be capable of spreading
  rapidly through grasses and brush due to the strong winds.

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red
Flag Warnings.

THURSDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR
ALL OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES...

The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for strong winds and low relative humidity...which
is in effect from Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* Affected Area...In Oklahoma...Cimarron...Texas and Beaver. In
  Texas...Dallam...Sherman...Hansford...Ochiltree...Lipscomb...
  Hartley...Moore...Hutchinson...Roberts...Hemphill...Oldham...
  Potter...Carson...Gray...Wheeler...Deaf Smith...Randall...
  Armstrong...Donley and Collingsworth.

* 20 Foot Winds...West to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts
  to near 50 mph.

* Relative Humidity...Minimum afternoon relative humidities 9 to
  15 percent.

* Timing...Critical fire weather conditions are expected to be met
  around 10 AM to 12 PM CST Thursday and are expected to end
  around 8 PM to 9 PM CST Thursday evening.
