VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF OF A MILE HAVE BEEN
REPORTED. OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...VISIBILITIES ARE
EXPECTED TO IMPROVE. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AS LOWERED
VISIBILITIES DUE TO FOG ARE STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH 9 AM MDT.

AND NORTHEAST TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS MORNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH
10 AM WILL REMAIN LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH. GUYMON...SPEARMAN...
PERRYTON...BEAVER...AND LIPSCOMB COULD SEE SOME LIGHT RAIN THROUGH
THIS TIME. THE RAIN MAY EXPAND FARTHER SOUTH ACROSS THE EASTERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE LATER THIS MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
