AREAS OF PATCHY FOG WILL IMPACT MOST OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLES THROUGH 8 AM THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY
RANGE BETWEEN 1 TO 5 MILES WITH ISOLATED SPOTS DROPPING AS LOW AS ONE
QUARTER MILE. COMMUNITIES THAT CAN EXPECT TO BE IMPACTED BY THE
LOWEST VISIBILITIES ARE AMARILLO...DUMAS...GUYMON...WHEELER...AND
MIAMI. USE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING THIS MORNING AS VISIBILITIES CAN
VARY GREATLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
