BEFORE EXPANDING THROUGHOUT MUCH OF THE LOWER ELEVATIONS BY MID
DAY. DAMAGING WINDS MAY DEVELOP OVER THE PEAKS AND ALONG THE EAST
SLOPES OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN. MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES
ARE ALSO FORECAST AS A COLD FRONT PLUNGES THROUGH THE STATE FROM
NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. WIND CHILLS IN THE LOWER 20S TO LOWER 30S

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON.

* LOCATION...THIS INCLUDES UNION...HARDING...EASTERN SAN MIGUEL
  AND QUAY COUNTIES.

* WINDS...WEST BECOMING NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 50 MPH.

* TIMING...A COLD FRONT WILL PLUNGE SOUTHWARD BY MID MORNING
  RAPIDLY INCREASING WINDS. THESE STRONG WINDS WILL SUBSIDE LATE
  THIS AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...MAY BE REDUCED TO 2 MILES OR LESS IN BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS ARE EXPECTED ON EAST TO WEST
  ORIENTED ROADWAYS. DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS
  EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL EXPAND TO LOWER ELEVATIONS BY

* EVENT...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS AROUND 35 MILES AN HOUR WITH
  HIGHER GUSTS ACROSS THE PANHANDLES.

* TIMING...MID MORNING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG MAY CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING DUST WHICH
  COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES. DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY IN
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS MAY BE TOSS AROUND BY
  THE WIND.
