NORTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY...

AT 538 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A CAR STUCK IN HIGH
WATER AT BROOKSHIRE ST AND BAYSTONE RD...SOUTHWEST OF FORT BRAGG. UP
TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
FAYETTEVILLE...FORT BRAGG...POPE AFB...HOPE MILLS...SPRING LAKE...
EASTOVER...BONNIE DOONE AND VANDER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
