BECOME WEST AND GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATER TONIGHT. SEAS OF 4 TO 7
FEET EARLY WILL SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4 FEET BY EARLY TUESDAY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
