...GUSTY WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH TONIGHT...

.NORTH TO NORTH WEST WINDS AT 10 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO
25 KNOTS WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING THEN DIMINISH TO 10 TO
15 KNOTS LATE TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE WATERS.
6 TO 9 FOOT SEAS THIS EVENING WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TO 3 TO 5 FEET
BY EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
