THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS CAN BE EXPECTED IN HUMBOLDT AND DEL NORTE
COUNTIES FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY. ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO
MODERATE RAIN WILL LIKELY SPREAD OVER ALL OF NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA
ON SUNDAY. THOUGH THE RAIN IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE HEAVY...THIS WILL
BE THE FIRST RAIN OF THE SEASON FOR MANY AREAS. BUILT UP OIL ON
ROADWAYS WILL MAKE THE ROADS VERY SLICK. MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED
TO BE PREPARED FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS WEEKEND.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO AND
MONTEREY BAY REGION.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

DRY CONDITIONS WITH COOLER TEMPERATURES CAN BE EXPECTED TODAY. FOG
WILL RETURN TO THE COAST TONIGHT ALONG WITH SOME VALLEY SPOTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

AN UNSEASONABLY STRONG SYSTEM WILL DROP DOWN FROM THE GULF OF
ALASKA AND BRING COOLER CONDITIONS TO ALL PORTIONS OF OUR AREA.
MANY SPOTS WILL HAVE BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES BY THE END OF THE
WEEK. IN ADDITION, LIGHT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH THE SYSTEM
ESPECIALLY FOR SUNDAY AND MONDAY. DUE TO A LONG PERIOD OF DRY
WEATHER, ROADS MAY BE VERY SLICK WITH THE ONSET OF RAIN.
